Light a Candle
Robert Arthur Baugh, 93, of 52 A. Turnipseed Road, died Monday morning at Wake Med. He was born in Johnston County, son of Robert A. and Maude Pleasants Baugh. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Strickland Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Robert Cooke officiating. Burial, Mt. Moriah Baptist Church cemetery. Surviving his wife, Beatrice P. Baugh; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara B. and J.A. Aycock of Florence, SC; sister, Louise B. Gillen of Newport News, Va.; brothers, Douglas Baugh of Clayton and Cecil Baugh of Hampton, Va.; three grandchildren; one great-grand-daughter. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to theAmerican Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, Va 23058. The family will receive friends Tuesday 7-8:30 p.m. at Strickland Funeral Home, 211 W. Third St., Wendell, other times at the home of Christine Pleasants, 52 Turnipseed Road, Wendell.
